  • All unsold Items (with permission from the Client), are donated to wonderful Charities, close to Cheryl’s heart!

  • First Professional Consultation comes with a slight fee.  Cheryl will bring her talent, skills, keen perception, education and expertise to the table, advising the best outcome for each Client from start to finish! Her Company is a LLC, Insured, and Professionally Registered with the State of Maryland.

  • Our charges are highly competitive and are based on 40% of the profit. During your consultation, the percentage may be adjusted upon viewing and assessing the property inventory. She will come out, assess your items and make the best suggestions regarding your unique situation! Let's get started with a profit and savings for you!

  • To price your goods, Cheryl applies her education and knowledge from 38 years of experience in dealing with vintage, collectables, antiques, and sterling silver items. She is very knowledgeable and educated on appraising items.

  • Cheryl will consult with the client and provide suggestions for the disposal of unsold items after the estate sale. Cheryl will also have first choice selection on items worthy of Consigning with her Prestigious online Consignment Shop and/or Store Front. Items left over, not going to Cheryl’s Consignment Shop are DONATED to Charities close to Cheryl’s heart, helping others rise up from adversity. Visit Cheryl’s Consignment Shop!
