“My Mother passed and left me with a condo full of her belongings. She bought her condo 20 years ago and moved a house full of her stuff in with her. Since then, she has added to it and left me with a daunting task. I worked for months and only got the drawers cleaned out, I was frustrated and in over my head. Several estate sales places wanted a sizable "set up fee" with no guarantee of success. When Cheryl's name was given to me and I made contact, faith was renewed that I could get this done. Not only was there no set up fee, but she was there more than I was setting up the sale. I had so little to do that I almost felt guilty. “My mother passed away in April 2020. It was an extremely difficult time and I felt overwhelmed by the responsibilities I had - including going through all of her belongings and selling her home. I think I visited my mom's place a dozen times after she passed and I would just stand in the middle of a room not knowing where to start or what to do.
